These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MYNO platform, including our website at myno.com, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@myno.com of any suspected unauthorised use.

3. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are subject to product availability and our fulfilment capabilities. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice.

• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Orders are confirmed by email — confirmation constitutes a binding contract
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent
• Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy. Statutory consumer rights under UK and EU law are not affected by these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the MYNO platform — including text, images, AI models, software, and design — is owned by MYNO Limited or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By uploading content (including photos for Virtual Try-On), you grant MYNO a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to deliver the requested service. We do not claim ownership of your uploads.

6. AI-Generated Content

Outfit recommendations, style advice, and virtual try-on results are generated by AI systems and are provided for informational purposes only. MYNO does not guarantee the accuracy, fitness, or suitability of any AI-generated output. Results may vary based on image quality and model inputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYNO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We encourage resolving disputes directly by contacting us at support@myno.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
