By accessing and using MYNO ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Upload malicious content or engage in any fraudulent activity
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without permission

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@myno.com.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are subject to our return and refund policy. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Virtual Try-On

The virtual try-on feature is provided for informational purposes only. Results are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly represent how garments will look in person. We do not guarantee the accuracy of virtual try-on results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of MYNO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYNO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
