Our Promise
If something isn't right, we'll make it right. MYNO accepts returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, no questions asked.
Eligible Items
Items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original or equivalent packaging
- Not marked as Final Sale at purchase
Excluded Items
- Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery
- Final Sale items
- Personalised or made-to-order pieces
- Gift cards and digital products
How to Return
Initiate Online
Log in and visit My Returns to submit your return request.
Receive Your Label
We'll email a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Pack Securely
Pack the item safely in its original packaging where possible.
Drop Off
Drop the parcel at your nearest courier point within 7 days.
Refund Processed
Refund issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time is 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. We do not issue refunds to alternative payment methods.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for UK customers using our prepaid label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
