What is MYNO?

MYNO is an AI-powered fashion platform that lets you discover outfits, virtually try on clothes before buying, and get personalised style recommendations based on your preferences and body type.

Do I need an account to shop?

You can browse products without an account, but you'll need to create one to checkout, save your wishlist, or use the Virtual Try-On and Style Advisor features.

Is MYNO available in my country?

MYNO currently ships to the US, UK, EU, Australia, and Canada. More regions are being added. Enter your address at checkout to confirm shipping availability.

Virtual Try-On

How does Virtual Try-On work?

Upload a clear, full-body photo of yourself, then select any garment from our catalogue. Our AI model places the garment onto your photo so you can see how it looks. Results are generated in 60–90 seconds.

Are my photos stored?

No. Photos you upload for Virtual Try-On are processed in-session only and automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We never use your photos for any purpose other than the immediate try-on request.

Why does my try-on look slightly off?

Virtual try-on uses AI to approximate how garments fit. Results are most accurate for structured items (blazers, dresses, jackets) and may be less precise for very loose or asymmetric cuts. The result is an approximation, not a guarantee of fit.

What photo works best?

Use a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo where your full body is visible. Neutral backgrounds and fitted clothing give the best results. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily cropped images.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on destination.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view live tracking status in your account under Orders.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, the order enters fulfilment and cannot be modified. Contact support@myno.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Sale items are final sale.

How do I start a return?

Go to Orders in your account, select the order, and click "Return Item". You'll receive a prepaid return label by email within 24 hours. Drop off at any supported carrier location.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3–5 business days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Account & Privacy

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact us at privacy@myno.com. Account deletion is processed within 30 days per GDPR requirements.

How is my data used?

We use your data to provide and improve our services, personalise recommendations, and send relevant communications (with your consent). We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
