• Photos: images uploaded for Virtual Try-On (stored for 24 hours unless saved)

• Usage data: pages viewed, products clicked, time on site, session data
• Device data: browser type, IP address, operating system
• Communications: messages sent to our support team

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and personalise our fashion recommendations and virtual try-on service
• To process and fulfil your orders
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates)
• To send marketing communications where you have consented
• To improve our AI models and recommendation algorithms (anonymised)
• To prevent fraud and ensure platform security

Order records are retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time via Account Settings.
