MYNO ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding your data. It applies to all services available at myno.com and the MYNO mobile application.

We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed)
- Profile data: style preferences, body measurements, and colour season from our quiz
- Photos: images uploaded for Virtual Try-On (stored for 24 hours unless saved)
- Order information: purchase history, returns, payment method (tokenised, not raw card data)
- Usage data: pages viewed, products clicked, time on site, session data
- Device data: browser type, IP address, operating system
- Communications: messages sent to our support team
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and personalise our fashion recommendations and virtual try-on service
- To process and fulfil your orders
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates)
- To send marketing communications where you have consented
- To improve our AI models and recommendation algorithms (anonymised)
- To prevent fraud and ensure platform security
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third parties who help us deliver our service:
- Payment processors (Stripe) — for secure payment handling
- Delivery partners — for order fulfilment
- Cloud infrastructure providers (Google Cloud) — for hosting and storage
- Analytics providers — for aggregated, anonymised usage insights
4. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Virtual Try-On photos are automatically deleted after 24 hours unless you explicitly save them. Order records are retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time via Account Settings.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to certain processing activities
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
